Tulp Apeldoorn Geel, Darwin - Darwin tulips

This group of tulips was introduced by crossing Darwin tulips with the Species Fosteriana tulips are particularly good naturalizers.

It is for this reason you see so many of the red and yellow Darwin Hybrids flowering in gardens from year to year.
They are one of the tallest garden tulips, growing anywhere from 40-70cm.
